Dear Sir,

I know that exact release dates can in no way be given, however, when can we likely expect to see this product? Will it be released before December 2004, or not?

Hi blue crane,

All writing on it has been completed. It's just got to go through the processes now. I don't know myself when it will come out but I hope it will be in time for Christmas.
